RETURN POLICY

Love & Gold Jewelry does not offer exchanges.

Love & Gold Jewelry has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, email loveandgoldofficial@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We try to respond to emails within 1-2 business days. We will send you a return shipping label via Email for you to send back the item(s) you wish to return. Once you receive the return label, Please send back items within 14 days so we can promptly process the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund . If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at loveandgoldofficial@gmail.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by customer and will be deducted from refund.

 Non-returnable items

All Earrings are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.

Once a return is shipped, we have no control over the package. Love & Gold jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail, as we have no control once the package leaves our building. It's the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package.
